Join an ambitious fintech at the forefront of digital assets, building regulated trading products that bridge crypto and traditional financial markets. With significant growth underway and new derivatives launching, this is an opportunity to help shape the next generation of institutional trading technology.
What you'll do
- Develop and enhance a high-performance, always-on trading platform supporting spot and derivatives markets.
- Design and launch innovative derivatives across both digital assets and traditional finance.
- Optimise ultra-low-latency systems, including matching engines, risk engines, margining and APIs.
- Partner with clients to support integrations and solve complex technical challenges.
- Collaborate with engineering, risk and compliance teams to deliver robust, production-ready trading solutions.

What you'll bring

- Strong academic background in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Finance or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in quantitative development, algorithmic trading or market-making.
- Deep understanding of derivatives, ideally including perpetual futures and cryptocurrency markets.
- Expert-level Java development with experience building ultra-low-latency systems.
- A passion for solving complex technical problems in a highly regulated, performance-critical environment.
