We are working with a well-established, multi-million-pound fit-out and refurbishment contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial and luxury interior projects across London. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take a leading role on a flagship £15 million West End scheme.
The Role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will act as the commercial lead on a high-profile project, overseeing all cost management aspects from pre-construction through to final account. You will play a key role in ensuring financial efficiency while maintaining the exceptional standards the business is known for.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial delivery of a £15m fit-out/refurbishment project
- Manage procurement, subcontractor packages, and contract administration
- Prepare and present accurate cost reports, forecasts, and valuations
- Identify and manage project risks and opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and final accounts with clients and subcontractors
- Work closely with project managers and site teams to drive performance

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior QS within fit-out and refurbishment
- Strong track record managing projects valued £10m+
- Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-end commercial environments
- Relevant degree or professional qualification (RICS desirable)
