What You'll Need To Succeed
Essential Requirements:
- Strong background in quantity surveying within a consultancy environment
- Proven experience managing projects across:
- Residential
- Commercial
- Healthcare or education sectors
- Strong technical expertise in:
- Cost planning
- Procurement
- Contract administration
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Confident communication skills with a client-facing approach
Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
- MRICS status (or working towards it)
- Proactive, practical mindset
- Strong commercial awareness
