Whether you are building your consultancy experience, ready to take ownership of your own projects, or looking for the next step into a more senior role, we would love to hear from you.
As part of our team, you will provide Quantity Surveying and Employer’s Agent services across a varied portfolio of projects, supporting clients from inception through to completion. You will work closely with project managers, designers, contractors and clients to provide clear, timely and commercially focused advice.
Depending on your experience, you may support or lead on cost planning, estimating, tender documentation, procurement, valuations, contract instructions, variation assessments, final accounts, contract administration and project certification. You will also help clients manage budgets, understand financial risks and achieve value for money throughout the project lifecycle.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This is a great opportunity for Consultant Quantity Surveyors who enjoy variety, responsibility and client contact, and who want to contribute to the successful delivery of meaningful projects.
We are particularly keen to speak with people who have experience in a construction-related organisation, strong commercial awareness, good communication skills, confidence using Microsoft applications and relevant estimating or cost management systems, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
A degree in Quantity Surveying, HNC in Building Studies or equivalent experience would be welcomed. It is an advantage (but not essential) to have MRICS as a Senior Consultant.
You will be well organised, customer focused and confident building relationships at all levels. Just as importantly, you will bring a positive, proactive approach and a willingness to learn, challenge, collaborate and deliver work to a high standard.
What’s in it for you?
In addition to a competitive salary and comprehensive rewards package, you will join a business that values your wellbeing, supports your professional growth and gives you the opportunity to work on a broad range of projects and sectors. You will be supported by experienced colleagues, encouraged to keep developing, and given the space to build lasting client relationships while progressing your career. We also like to add extra personal touches, such as longer lunch breaks, volunteer days and a day off on your birthday.
