📐 Senior Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 + Package
The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing residential developer delivering high-quality housing developments across the Midlands and South West.
This role offers the chance to take ownership of multiple projects from a commercial perspective, working closely with operational and technical teams to ensure schemes are delivered profitably and efficiently. You'll be joining a business with an excellent reputation, strong pipeline of work and genuine long-term progression opportunities.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for:
- Managing the commercial delivery of multiple residential developments.
- Producing CVRs, forecasts and monthly reporting.
- Procuring and managing subcontract packages.
- Managing valuations, variations and final accounts.
- Monitoring project costs and profitability.
- Supporting procurement strategy and supply chain relationships.
- Working closely with site, technical and operational teams.
- Identifying and managing commercial risk.
- Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and commercial targets.

About You
- Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor looking to step up.
- Residential developer or housebuilding experience preferred.
- Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge.
- Experience managing subcontract procurement and final accounts.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
