The Role
As The Senior Quantity Surveyor, You’ll
- Ensure effective management of contracts to deliver value for money.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and supply partners.
- Provide accurate cost advice and support pricing activities.
- Actively monitor and review supply chain performance.
- Support change management processes and ensure compliance with contract requirements.

You
To be successful in the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll bring:
- Strong commercial experience in construction or facilities management.
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A solid understanding of commercial processes and risk management.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing competing priorities effectively.

- Competitive salary range of £55,000 to £66,000.
