Senior Quantity Surveyor Sellafield IDP circa. £70,000 per annum (dependent on skills and experience) plus company car allowance or company vehicle)

About the role We are currently looking to recruit a skilled and motivated Information, Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Sellafield IDP project.

You will proactively contribute to the commercial success of the project and thus the business.

You will be responsible for preparing applications and reports and reviewing incoming accounts and correspondence and reacting accordingly.

You will be responsible for managing specified subcontract accounts and support senior commercial staff in negotiations. It is therefore important that you have a detailed understanding of the general and specific contract and subcontract terms.

About you It is essential that you are degree qualified and have previous experience in a similar role for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Contractor.

You must have a detailed understanding of the general and specific contract and scope and a knowledge of the techniques and processes involved in delivering the works.

A detailed knowledge of the commercial process and procedures for both HTUK and client is also essential.
