Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to take ownership of major civil engineering projects while joining a business that genuinely invests in its people?

With a strong pipeline of secured work and continued growth across the region, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of major projects in and around Surrey.

The Role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in the commercial management of major civil engineering projects, working closely with operational teams to maximise project performance and ensure successful delivery.
You'll be involved in:
- Contract administration and commercial management
- Cost reporting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Change control and compensation events
- Subcontract procurement and management
- Building strong relationships with clients and project teams
About You
- Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering
- Strong background in highways, or infrastructure projects
- Excellent commercial and contractual knowledge (NEC)
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Ambitious, driven, and looking to progress within a leading contractor
