The Role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in the commercial management of major civil engineering projects, working closely with operational teams to maximise project performance and ensure successful delivery.
You'll be involved in:
- Contract administration and commercial management
- Cost reporting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Change control and compensation events
- Subcontract procurement and management
- Building strong relationships with clients and project teams
About You
- Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering
- Strong background in highways, or infrastructure projects
- Excellent commercial and contractual knowledge (NEC)
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Ambitious, driven, and looking to progress within a leading contractor
