Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant | Data Centres
London, Manchester or Edinburgh (Hybrid)
£70,000 - £90,000 + Package & Bonus
Join a specialist data centre consultancy delivering complex hyperscale and mission-critical developments across the UK and Europe.
With offices in the UK, USA, Spain, and Germany, this growing consultancy combines the agility of a specialist business with the reach of a global organisation. You'll work on some of Europe's largest data centre developments while helping shape the future of an expanding team.
The Role
You'll join a live hyperscale data centre project in Austria, acting as the client's commercial representative and providing full cost management services throughout the project lifecycle. Based from your nearest UK office, you'll work on a hybrid basis with monthly site visits to Austria (Monday–Thursday).

Requirements
- BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years' Quantity Surveying experience
- Experience delivering complex infrastructure or mission-critical projects such as: Data Centres, Substations, Nuclear, Advanced Manufacturing, Energy
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Experience working on live construction projects
- Willingness to travel to European sites approximately once per month
