Quantity Surveyor – Infrastructure & Civil Engineering

Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking to take ownership of commercially significant infrastructure projects within a long-term framework environment?

We're supporting the growth of a well-established infrastructure business delivering essential transport and public infrastructure works across the UK. As part of an experienced commercial team, you'll be involved in the full project lifecycle, helping to drive financial performance, manage contractual obligations, and support the successful delivery of complex civil engineering schemes.

This position would particularly suit a QS with experience operating under NEC4 contracts and exposure to bridge, structures, highways, or wider infrastructure projects.

The Opportunity

You'll be responsible for the commercial management of projects and work packages from award through to final account, working alongside operational teams, engineers, planners, and supply chain partners to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
