About the Role
FJA are recruiting for their client—a leading service provider in the Wastewater industry—to strengthen their team with an **experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Location: Glasgow, Scotland – Hybrid working available (job needs dependent)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop the commercial plan to manage risk and drive profitability
- Measure and value construction work (on-site and from drawings) for:
- Preparing valuations
- Processing variations
- Settling final accounts
- Establish valuation dates, prepare and submit interim valuations, securing client agreement
- Develop and submit claims for delay, disruption, loss and expense
- Procure non-domestic subcontractors; support the Buying Department in procuring domestic subcontractors
- Produce various financial reports

Required Qualifications & Experience
✔ A relevant degree or qualification ✔ Extensive construction experience, ideally in water treatment ✔ Familiarity with NEC forms of contract ✔ Proven commercial management and procurement expertise
