Senior Quantity Surveyor
Senior Quantity Surveyor – Birmingham (Growing Cost & Project Management Consultancy)
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist Cost and Project Management Consultancy in Birmingham, working on high-profile projects across a diverse portfolio (including Commercial, Retail, and Industrial sectors).
The Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:
- Take ownership of projects from inception to completion
- Provide expert commercial and cost management advice
- Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Lead commissions and mentor junior team members
- Play a key role in delivering successful outcomes for a range of exciting developments

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a consultancy or client-side environment
- Strong commercial acumen and cost management expertise
- Experience delivering Commercial, Retail, or Industrial projects
- Outstanding client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- (MRICS is advantageous but not essential)
