Experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor
An experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to join the commercial team of one of the UK's fastest-growing infrastructure and energy contractors.
About the Role
Reporting into the senior commercial leadership team, you will take commercial ownership of major infrastructure, energy and utilities projects across Scotland, supporting project delivery from procurement through to final account. This is a key appointment within a growing business that continues to secure long-term frameworks and high-value projects across the energy transition, utilities and infrastructure sectors.

Working closely with operational teams, clients and stakeholders, you will play an integral role in driving project performance, managing risk and maximising commercial outcomes.
Requirements
You will have a strong commercial background gained within utilities, energy, infrastructure, civils, engineering or major construction projects, together with experience administering contracts, managing change and leading commercial activities on live projects. NEC3/NEC4 experience would be highly advantageous.
