Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor – Full Commercial Ownership Role

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take full commercial ownership of projects from tender handover through to final account. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility, champions cost awareness, and ensures strong financial outcomes.

Enisca Browne is a specialist division of the Browne Group, contributing to end-to-end water and wastewater capabilities with expertise in non-infrastructure works. We deliver tailored solutions for treatment and pumping facilities, focusing on key areas that optimize site performance:

  • Power supply
  • Process engineering
  • Control systems
  • Civil and mechanical structures

As the Group’s specialist in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control & automation (MEICA), we provide fully integrated project delivery, including:

  • MCC panel manufacturing and automation
  • Systems integration and commissioning
  • Safe, smart, and efficient engineering to address real-world challenges

What We’re Looking For

  • Full commercial project lifecycle management: Hands-on experience with tendering, cost control, contract administration, and final account-Closing.
  • ** Analytical & financial acumen**: Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and risk management to ensure financial success.
  • Strategic communication: Ability to lead commercial discussions, negotiate effectively, and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive cost leadership: Identify cost-saving opportunities, mitigate risks, and deliver value-added solutions.
  • Multitasking & organisation: Capability to manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative & cross-functional work: Work seamlessly with operations, procurement, finance, and site teams to achieve commercial goals.
  • Commitment to excellence: Emphasise best practice, continuous improvement, and adherence to high commercial standards.
