Senior Quantity Surveyor
Senior Quantity Surveyor (Scotland, HQ: Glasgow)
The successful candidate will work closely with our Commercial department within our Scotland region, ensuring smooth operations by overseeing all surveying activities across High Risk/Complex housing developments. Duties span from initial procurement to final account stakeholder administration, with a strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Set, monitor, and deliver budgets for assigned projects
- Prepare and place orders, generate accurate and timely reports for commercial tracking
- Forecast material costs and ensure cost-efficient procurement for our builds
- Collaborate with:
- Subcontractors
- Site staff
- Other internal departments
- The Commercial Manager (including mentoring junior team members)
- Drive operational excellence within the regional commercial team to meet targets

- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a quantity surveying role (similar high-value housing projects preferred)
- Degree (or equivalent) in Construction/Surveying + preferable RICS membership
- Full, current driving license (travel across the region is required)
