Your New Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take a leading role in delivering projects across the residential, commercial, healthcare, and education sectors. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and design teams, providing clear and commercially focused advice throughout all project stages.
Responsibilities
- Managing full pre- and post-contract duties, including cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and financial reporting.
- Leading client meetings, monitoring project performance, managing variations, and ensuring projects are delivered in line with budgets and expectations.
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
- Contributing to maintaining high standards across the business.

Requirements
- A strong background in quantity surveying within a consultancy environment.
- Experience managing projects across sectors such as residential, commercial, healthcare, or education.
- Solid technical expertise in cost planning, procurement, and contract administration.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and a client-facing approach.
- Confidence to build lasting relationships.
- MRICS status (or working towards it) is preferred, alongside a proactive, practical mindset and strong commercial awareness.
