You will be joining a leading global engineering and project management consultancy with a strong presence across the UK. Responsibilities
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, your role will entail:
- Commercial management of major projects, including cost planning, contract administration, risk management, and stakeholder engagement across the project lifecycle.
- Close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to provide commercial expertise, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, while upholding high standards of quality and compliance.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a Quantity Surveying role, ideally at Senior level.
- Background in infrastructure, engineering, or construction projects.
- Strong familiarity with contract forms (e.g., NEC).
- Excellent commercial acumen and cost management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- A degree-qualified or equivalent background in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (desirable).
- Chartered status (MRICS) or demonstrates commitment to working towards it (desirable).
