Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: London
Salary: Up to £75,000
A small but forward-thinking construction consultancy based near Bank Station, are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their close-knit team. Working in multiple sectors, they are well established and benefit from regular repeat business. Having grown from 5 to 30 in the last 10 years, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor would be joining a business who have ambitions to be a leading force within the industry.
The Role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will deliver on multiple projects, all contained within the M25. These will range in value and will span multiple sectors including Leisure and Healthcare.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing the whole project lifecycle from concept to completion. You will be involved in pre and post contract duties including Tenders, Cost planning, feasibility studies and procurement advice. You will act as the client’s single point of contact. As this is a smaller business, you will have ownership of the project from start to finish, although Director level support is always available.

The Requirements of the Quantity Surveyor
- RICS accredited degree
- Preferably MRICS (or aspiring to)
- Experience within a private practice / consultancy / client side in the UK
- Strong Pre and post contract knowledge

- Up to £75,000 per annum
- 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
