Job Title: Senior M+E Cost Manager

Location: London (hybrid)

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 (dependent on experience) + excellent benefits

The Role

Leading M&E projects across central London, managing costs, and developing relationships, main duties include:

  • Lead M&E cost management and quantity surveying on projects.
  • Manage commercial and contractual performance, ensuring efficiency and value for money.
  • Deliver pre- and post-contract QS services, including tendering and cost planning.
  • Build strong client relationships and identify commercial opportunities.
