Summary
Caddick Construction is a family-owned business renowned for quality, integrity, and innovation in the construction sector. We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team in the North West to work on a large scale Residential development in Greater Manchester. Our North West office is in Warrington and we work across the Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Logistics markets throughout the wider North West region. Travel to site(s) would be expected in this role.

What You’ll Do
Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Working on a variety of projects throughout the North West reporting directly to the Regional Commercial Manager.
- The role will be a mix of office and site based work and will provide commercial support to the project teams on all projects for which they are responsible.
- Ensure that projects are administered effectively and that the business objectives in terms of appropriate commercial targets and customer focus are achieved.

- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor working for a Main Contractor.
- Familiarity with JCT/NEC/ forms of contract.
- Knowledge of current Construction Law.
- Experience in commercial management.
- Experience in procurement of subcontractors, measurement and control cycle, certificates and accruals calculations.
- Good knowledge of monthly reporting and earned value analysis.
