What you'll be doing
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing commercial activities on our complex industrial projects. You will be responsible for cost management, contract administration, and commercial reporting across multidisciplinary engineering projects, working closely with technical teams to manage interfaces and support successful project delivery.
Who we're looking for
Ideal candidates will have experience working on large-scale engineering construction projects such as power generation, water treatment, energy infrastructure, or nuclear decommissioning. A good understanding of NEC contracts is essential.
- Ideally a Chartered Member of the RICS, ICES or CIOB
- BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent knowledge
- Experience of managing a small team
- Must be able to pass a DBS check
