Senior MEP Surveyor
A well-established contractor in Essex is looking for a Senior MEP Surveyor to join their team.
Location: Essex (Head Office) | Projects across London
Salary: Up to £110,000+ per annum (depending on experience)
Package: Car allowance, travel costs, stakeholder pension
Hours: 8am – 5:30pm

The Role
An experienced MEP Surveyor is needed to join their commercial team, overseeing mechanical and electrical packages across a range of high-end developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing MEP packages from pre-construction through to final account
- Cost planning, procurement and subcontractor management for MEP works
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and contract documents
- Liaising with internal teams, consultants and subcontractors
- Monitoring project costs, variations and financial reporting
- Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and programme

Requirements
- Proven experience as an MEP Surveyor within a contractor environment
- Strong background in high-end/luxury residential and/or hotel projects
- Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and packages
- Ability to manage packages independently from start to finish
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Commutable to or based in Essex
- Willingness to travel to project sites across London
