Role Overview
Glanua is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing water and wastewater business in the UK.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:
- Represent the company on commercial matters relating to assigned Framework / Projects.
- Support Framework Manager & Project Managers with contract administration.
- Act as the primary commercial liaison in monthly client reviews.
- Maintain strong client relationships while protecting company interests.
- Ensure strict adherence to contractual obligations and Framework agreements.
- Chair subcontractor commercial meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Cost Management & Forecasting
- Assist in project budget structure and forecasting.
- Monitor costs and alert stakeholders to deviations.
- Collaborate on commercial Bid Analysis of subcontractors/suppliers.

Contract & Change Control
- Monitor and challenge contract variations/changes with Project Managers.
- Coordinate KPI tracking for both the company and clients.

Financial Reporting & Execution
- Prepare and submit monthly application for payment as per contract.
- Process subcontractor payment certificates.

Project Completion
- Oversee final project accounting upon completion.
- Ensure all submissions align with agreed terms and deadlines.
Experience & Qualifications Required

✅ Technical Expertise:
- A professional qualification in Quantity Surveying.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in medium-to-large water/wastewater projects.
- Demonstrated budgetary control systems.
- Experience in change control, claim management, and financial compliance.
