Senior Quantity Surveyor - Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance
Hampshire
Up to £62k plus car / allowance & benefits
We are working with a leading Repairs & Maintenance Contractor within the Social Housing sector to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Hampshire.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake all aspects of surveying for responsive maintenance and voids projects.
- Manage and lead a team to ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Oversee cost control, valuations, and financial reporting for projects.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain strong working relationships.

About You
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the social housing sector, ideally with a focus on responsive maintenance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent commercial awareness and knowledge of building maintenance processes.
- Effective communication and organisational skills.
- Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management are desirable.
