Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor

Location: Canary Wharf, London

Salary: Up to £90,000 + Package

Our client is a leading engineering contractor delivering some of Europe's most prestigious and technically challenging data centre projects. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join a flagship hyperscale data centre project based in Canary Wharf. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of secured work, offering long-term career progression on major mission-critical developments.

The Role

As Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of the commercial management of major mechanical and electrical packages on a high-profile data centre project in Canary Wharf. You will work closely with the Project Commercial Manager, construction team, design team and subcontractors to ensure packages are procured effectively, costs remain controlled and all commercial risks and opportunities are identified at an early stage. The role will involve managing the full commercial lifecycle of MEP packages, from procurement and contract award through to valuations, variations, forecasting and final account settlement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
