We're hiring: Quantity Surveyor / Estimator — P&A Contracts (UKI) Ltd, Ahoghill
Our order book has never been busier — commercial fit-out, healthcare IPS, school furniture packages and bespoke joinery across NI, GB and Ireland.
We're at the stage where enquiries are coming in faster than we can price them properly — and pricing them properly is what's built this business. So we need a QS/Estimator to own it.

What you'll do:
- Take-offs and pricing from drawings and BoQs
- Tender submissions
- Supplier and subcontract costs
- Margin control
- Keeping our clients answered fast
What you'll work with:
- A modern CNC factory
- Established rate cards and cost models
- A pipeline of live tenders from £3k kitchens to £300k+ fit-out packages
What we're looking for:
Get help with your application

- Experience in pricing joinery, fit-out or construction packages
- Sharp with drawings and a spreadsheet
- Commercially minded — you understand that a quote is a promise the factory has to keep
