A leading contractor within the UK water and infrastructure sector is expanding its commercial team and is looking to appoint:
- 2 Senior Quantity Surveyors
- 3 Project Quantity Surveyors
These are excellent opportunities to join an established business delivering major water, wastewater, MEICA and civil engineering projects across the UK.
Whether you're an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for greater responsibility or a Project Quantity Surveyor seeking career progression, these positions offer long-term development, project ownership and the opportunity to work on essential infrastructure schemes.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing the commercial performance of projects from tender handover through to final account, ensuring strong financial control and successful project delivery.

Duties will include:
- Cost management
- Forecasting
- Contract administration
- Subcontractor management
- Procurement
- Payment applications
- Valuation of works
- The management of commercial risks and opportunities
Working closely with operational teams, you will help drive commercial performance whilst maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers and other project stakeholders.
Requirements
Applicants should have experience within Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a similar commercial role within construction, infrastructure, utilities or civil engineering.
A good understanding of NEC contracts is highly desirable, together with strong commercial awareness, reporting skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
