Senior RA/QA Consultant (Perm)
Senior Consultant | Regulatory Affairs & Quality | Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) & AI
£90,000 + Bonus | Fully Remote (UK) | Work from Anywhere in the UK / EU
Indo Search is partnering exclusively with one of the UK's leading specialist consultancies in Software as a Medical Device (SaMD), AI enabled medical devices, and digital health.
From AI diagnostics and digital therapeutics to connected medical devices and clinical software, you'll help pioneering organisations navigate complex regulatory and quality challenges as they bring life-changing technologies to patients across the UK, Europe, the US, and beyond.
No two projects are the same.
- One week you could be defining the global regulatory strategy for an AI-enabled medical device.
- The next, leading an FDA submission, implementing a Quality Management System for an innovative startup, or advising a scale-up preparing for international expansion.
Working alongside an exceptional multidisciplinary team spanning Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Clinical Evaluation, Health Economics, and Intellectual Property, you'll help shape both your clients' success and the future of one of the UK's most respected digital health consultancies.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
