About This Role
Senior React Native Engineer

You’ll join as a technical leader, shaping both the UI and system design of their mobile engineering division. Responsibility sits equally between deep debugging, system architecture, and beautiful, functional app development.
Key priorities:
- Leading cross-functional squads in consultation with design and backend engineering
- Influencing roadmaps through data-backed improvements
- Setting system standards while leveraging AI-assisted tools for faster delivery

Working full stack from scoping to launch, take ownership of the entire mobile stack—UI, performance, and systems—while pushing boundaries with modern FinTech solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive entire mobile initiatives, from problem definition and agile design through to launch and proactivity.
- Build engaging, high-quality native apps that boost user adoption and encourage habit-forming usage patterns.
- Champion production-grade reliability: performance, scalability, and stable tooling.
- Write clean, testable TypeScript with React Native.
- Architect scalable mobile systems to support rapid growth.
- Deploy analytics, feature flags, and monitoring to optimise mobile experiences.
- Balance rapid delivery with robust design, making pragmatic yet vote-earning trade-offs.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to guide the mobile product vision.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in mobile development
- Deep React Native expertise (Android isn’t enough): Extensive experience in complex UI architecture, performance tuning and contributor/νομ διαλέ գնδ saját super endToEnd tooling
- TypeScript proficiency—Write clean, maintainable code that plays well in large codebases
- Change-making leader: Enthusiast for setting standards and interacting with design and backend peers
- Leveraging data and ML to A/B test and identify relevant signals
- Degree proficient AngularJS, React (Node.js) or equivalent frameworks
