Due to continued success this leading Legal 500 firm is looking to appoint a Senior Real Estate Disputes Associate into their City office.
We are looking for a Real Estate Disputes Solicitor with 5+ PQE to take on a senior role within the team — leading on complex matters, building key client relationships and supporting the continued growth of the department.
The Firm
This prominent firm has exciting growth plans over the next few years. Their current turnover is £19 million, with projected growth to £21 million next year. They are forecasting a further 18% growth year on year and are well placed to continue exceeding this.
They currently house 200 staff, of which 150 are Solicitors and Partners. As a firm they like to grow organically and promote from within, and there are multiple examples and success stories, including an individual who joined the firm as a trainee and is now a director over the course of 5 years.
They are a multi-service practice, with a particularly strong Real Estate offering, which underpins many of the firm’s wider practice areas. They punch well above their weight, with their competitors including a number of Top 50 firms.
The firm has attracted many Associates out of larger ‘city’ practices, who have been looking for a more collegiate, friendly culture where individuals can make more of an impact without sacrificing on quality of work and clients. You will also find there is much more in the way of staff flexibility and work-life balance, with support for hybrid working on a permanent basis.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
