Senior Receptionist Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Receptionist to join the Rapport team with our exciting new client.
In this role, you’ll be the face of the front-of-house experience, leading a small team and setting the standard for exceptional service. You’ll take ownership of the reception operation, support one team member day-to-day, and make sure every guest interaction feels seamless, polished, and genuinely welcoming.
From coordinating meeting spaces to staying one step ahead of guest needs, you’ll keep the workplace running smoothly while creating an environment where clients and colleagues feel supported and valued. It’s a role for someone who loves being hands-on, thrives in a busy setting, and brings confidence, warmth, and leadership to every moment.

Type of Contract
- Full-time, Permanent
Hours
- 40 per week (Monday - Friday, shift rota basis between 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM with some flexibility as per business needs)

Main Responsibilities
- Lead front-of-house delivery by setting the standard for warm, polished client and visitor welcomes.
- Oversee meeting room excellence ensuring setups, hospitality, and catering are delivered to a premium standard.
- Support and guide your team member through daily coordination, delegation, and confident issue-resolution.
- Maintain exceptional presentation across reception, meeting rooms, and hospitality spaces.
- Build strong client relationships working closely with EAs, colleagues, and workplace teams to keep operations seamless.
- Enhance the workplace experience by improving processes, supporting events, and staying flexible across reception and hospitality.
The Ideal Candidate Will

- Bring proven front-of-house experience delivering exceptional customer service in a luxury hotel, premium airline, or corporate setting.
- Show passion for memorable experiences with a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with a warm, confident, and engaging approach.
- Communicate to a high standard with excellent written and spoken English.
- Use Microsoft Office confidently including solid capability in Word and Excel.
- Maintain professionalism and precision with discretion and exceptional attention to detail.
- Stay proactive and adaptable managing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Work collaboratively and take ownership using initiative while supporting and guiding others.
