About Performance Energy

Performance Energy is a specialist global workforce solutions business delivering technical manpower across the energy sector. We partner with leading operators and service companies across more than 50 countries, supporting offshore, drilling, completions, intervention, production and emerging energy projects.

We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter

To own a specialist market through our 360 recruitment model. This is a commercially driven role where you’ll be responsible for winning new business, delivering recruitment assignments and growing your own Gross Profit performance.

Why This Role Matters

The 360 desk is responsible for generating revenue and delivering talent within its own specialist market. You’ll develop client relationships, convert opportunities into live vacancies, personally recruit for those vacancies and build long-term partnerships with both clients and contractors.

You’ll be accountable for your own Gross Profit performance, client portfolio, recruitment delivery and competency assessments.

The Opportunity

Approximately 70% of this role focuses on Business Development and 30% on Recruitment Delivery. You’ll own both sides of the desk, giving you complete responsibility for building your market, managing client relationships and delivering high-quality technical professionals.

What You’ll Own

  • Deliver your Gross Profit target and commercial and delivery KPIs in line with the 360 Competency & Progression Matrix.
  • Develop new client relationships through outbound business development, networking, LinkedIn, referrals and market intelligence while growing existing client accounts.
  • Convert Marketing, Sales Activation & Redeployment and referral leads into live vacancies, completing detailed vacancy qualification before sourcing begins.
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle by sourcing, qualifying, competency assessing and delivering candidates across every vacancy you manage.
  • Build and maintain specialist talent pools within your market, using proactive sourcing, referrals, networking and direct approaches to support current and future hiring demand.
  • Partner with the Delivery Team for additional sourcing support and work with Sales Activation & Redeployment to maximise contractor redeployment opportunities.
  • Manage interviews, candidate and client communication, and recruitment outcomes through to successful placement.
  • Maintain market intelligence, salary benchmarking and hiring trends within your specialist discipline to position yourself as the recognised subject matter expert.
  • Maintain accurate, same-day CRM records across all client, candidate, vacancy and placement activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
