Job Description

You will take end-to-end ownership of Omnea’s engineering recruitment, moving from agency-side to a high-impact in-house role. Partnering directly with engineering leadership and the C-suite, you’ll drive the full lifecycle from sourcing to closing. Your mission is to build a high-quality hiring engine that secures the top 1% of London’s technical talent.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the end-to-end hiring process for technical roles, from initial mapping and high-conversion outreach to final candidate closing and offer negotiation.
  • Partner directly with Engineering Leads and the C-suite to define success profiles, refine interview scorecards, and coach teams on raising the hiring bar.
  • Execute the engineering hiring playbook, positioning Omnea as the premier destination for elite software talent through creative employer branding and strategic networking.

The ideal candidate

  • Has 4+ years of experience in high-growth tech recruitment, specifically placing engineers within the TypeScript/JavaScript and London startup ecosystem.
  • Demonstrates a background in top-tier London recruitment agencies with a proven track record of finding rare talent that others miss.
  • Operates with an entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in hybrid London environments (Tue-Thu) while maintaining meticulous ATS hygiene and a focus on quality over volume.
