We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead hiring across our Investments business

A bit about the role:
This role is responsible for attracting, assessing and securing exceptional talent across public and private markets, partnering closely with investment leaders to deliver strategic hiring plans that support business growth and long-term succession objectives.
As a trusted adviser, you will influence hiring decisions, provide market intelligence, challenge thinking where appropriate, and ensure a high-quality, inclusive hiring process from workforce planning through to onboarding. The role requires deep expertise in asset management recruitment, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to hire into specialist and senior investment roles.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Significant experience recruiting within asset management or investment management.
- Proven track record hiring specialist investment professionals across public and/or private markets.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions.
- Strong market mapping, sourcing and talent pooling capability.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong commercial judgement and ability to translate market intelligence into hiring decisions.
- Experience managing executive search firms and external recruitment partners.
