This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Recruiter (PSP / High Risk) based in the United Kingdom.
We are looking for an experienced recruiter to build and lead a scalable talent acquisition function within a fast-growing international technology environment.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle and shape hiring processes from the ground up.
You will partner closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to attract exceptional talent across multiple functions, including technical and business roles.
The position combines strategic recruitment thinking with hands-on execution, from sourcing and interviewing to candidate engagement and closing offers.
You will leverage modern recruiting methods, AI-powered tools, and data-driven approaches to create efficient hiring practices.

Accountabilities
As Senior Recruiter (PSP / High Risk), you will own end-to-end recruitment activities while establishing effective processes, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines. You will act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and contribute to building a strong recruitment foundation for future growth.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from defining candidate profiles and sourcing strategies to interviews, offer negotiation, and successful onboarding.
- Build and optimize recruitment processes, improving candidate experience, selection efficiency, and overall hiring quality.
- Manage multiple open roles simultaneously across different functions, including technical support, sales, risk and compliance, finance, legal, and other business areas.
- Develop sourcing strategies focused on improving inbound channels, referrals, and proactive talent acquisition.
- Conduct structured interviews and assess candidates’ technical capabilities, soft skills, motivation, and cultural alignment.
- Build and maintain long-term talent pools to support future hiring needs and business growth.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality candidates.
- Introduce modern recruitment tools, including AI-powered solutions, to improve efficiency and decision-making.
- Use recruitment data and market insights to continuously improve hiring strategies and processes.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, including both technical and business/non-technical roles.
- Proven expertise in sourcing and headhunting, with the ability to attract and engage senior-level passive candidates.
- Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate both hard and soft skills effectively.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment performance and make informed decisions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers.
- Proactive approach with the ability to independently identify improvements, introduce new ideas, and drive initiatives to completion.
- Experience working with AI tools or modern recruitment technologies is a plus.
- Fluent Ukrainian language skills and Intermediate+ English proficiency for communication with international candidates and stakeholders.
