We are looking to hire an experienced recruiter to join our Edinburgh-based team, specialising in senior appointments across the UK’s leading Chartered Accountancy firms.
This is not a volume recruitment role.
We operate exclusively at the senior end of the market, delivering Senior Manager, Director, and Partner-level appointments across:
- Audit
- Tax
- Corporate Finance
- Accounting Services
The Role:
You will work within a highly specialised team, partnering with some of the UK’s most reputable accounting firms, supporting them on strategic hires that shape the future of their businesses. The role will focus on:
- Delivering retained and contingent searches at senior level
- Building long-term relationships with Partners and senior stakeholders
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes with a consultative approach
- Identifying and engaging high-calibre candidates across the market
- Contributing to the continued growth and positioning of the team

About You:
We are interested in individuals who:
- Have experience within professional services or finance recruitment
- Are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders (Director / Partner level)
- Take a consultative, relationship-driven approach
- Are commercially minded and motivated to build a long-term desk
- Value quality of work over volume
