JSL Talent Partners is working with an East London recruitment agency specialising in placing talent across the professional services and family office sectors.

They act as a strategic recruitment partner, not a traditional consultancy, delivering tailored solutions through a strong international network and deep sector expertise.

The Role:

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a close-knit environment and is motivated by the opportunity to achieve uncapped earnings. As a Senior Recruitment Advisor, you will focus on developing new business, expanding existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will lead the full recruitment lifecycle for your clients and act as second-line support to the Director, including supporting strategic initiatives aimed at elevating the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through proactive outbound sales activity. • Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from initial brief to placement. • Conduct market mapping to identify new opportunities across professional services, financial services, and family office markets. • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery. • Identify and attract high-calibre candidates using a range of sourcing strategies. • Oversee the recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and offer management. • Provide guidance and supervision to junior team members. • Support the Director with strategic growth initiatives to elevate and expand the business. • Represent the brand at networking sessions, and industry events.

Key Requirements:

• Proven 360 recruitment experience, ideally three to five years minimum • Demonstrable success in generating new business and managing client relationships • Strong communication, negotiation, and commercial skills • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Strong time management and organisational skills This role offers significant exposure to various facets of a dynamic start-up environment.
