Senior Recruitment Consultant
4PM Finish | Strong Salary + Uncapped Commission @ 20% FLAT
We’re growing at Digital Waffle and are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant who wants flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to bill in a high-performing, no-nonsense environment.
This role is ideal for a proven recruiter who enjoys running their own desk, building long-term client relationships, and delivering quality work — without being micromanaged or chained to an office.
