Up to £40,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (Up to 30%)

Demand is growing rapidly, and we're looking for an ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to help us scale our contract division.
You'll work directly alongside the founders, helping shape one of the fastest-growing specialist recruitment businesses in the mission-critical market.
The Opportunity
This is a genuine opportunity to build a high-value contract desk within one of the most exciting construction sectors in Europe with route to grow and lead a team and a clear path through to Director.
You'll have the autonomy to develop your own market while benefiting from established client relationships, strong marketing support, and hands-on mentoring from experienced founders.

What You'll Be Doing
- Building and developing a profitable contract recruitment desk
- Winning new business across Europe's mission-critical construction market
- Managing existing client relationships and developing strategic accounts
- Sourcing and placing high-calibre freelance professionals
- Negotiating commercial terms with clients and contractors
- Managing contractors throughout project lifecycles
- Becoming a recognised specialist within your chosen market
- Working closely with the founders to drive business growth and improve processes
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in 360 recruitment
- Contract recruitment experience preferred
- Strong business development and client management skills
- Commercially driven with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- Motivated by performance, autonomy, and high earnings
- Someone who wants to build a long-term career rather than simply hit monthly targets
Construction or engineering recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential. We value attitude, ambition, and the ability to build relationships above all else.

What You'll Get
- Basic salary up to £40,000
- Uncapped commission of up to 30%
- Year 1 OTE: c. £70,000
- Year 2 OTE: £120,000+
- Flexible working (1 day per week from home)
- 2:45pm finish on Friday
