🌟 The Opportunity

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll operate with a high level of autonomy, managing and developing both existing client accounts and new business opportunities.

You will:

  • Take full ownership of your recruitment desk, driving billing performance
  • Build, maintain, and grow strong client relationships
  • Identify and win new business opportunities
  • Source and place high-quality candidates in automotive and electrical sectors
  • Mentor and support junior consultants where appropriate
  • Deliver a consistently high standard of service to clients and candidates
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to placement
