🌟 The Opportunity
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll operate with a high level of autonomy, managing and developing both existing client accounts and new business opportunities.
You will:
- Take full ownership of your recruitment desk, driving billing performance
- Build, maintain, and grow strong client relationships
- Identify and win new business opportunities
- Source and place high-quality candidates in automotive and electrical sectors
- Mentor and support junior consultants where appropriate
- Deliver a consistently high standard of service to clients and candidates
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to placement

We’re looking for a driven, commercially minded recruiter who is ready to step up and take ownership. You’ll ideally have:
- Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role
- A strong track record of billing and/or business development
- Excellent relationship-building and client management skills
- A highly motivated, target-driven mindset
- Confidence, resilience, and ambition
- A desire to progress into leadership roles
