We’re hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our London team.
We’re a market-leading recruitment company in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction space, partnering with clients across the USA. After a record start to 2026, we’re growing again – currently 24 people, with plans to reach 40 over the next three years. This is a chance to come in at a key stage, have real influence on how we grow, and help shape the next phase of the business.

The role
- Lead and grow a desk within the AEC market
- Develop and deepen long-term client partnerships
- Deliver senior-level candidate management and market insight
- Contribute to team development, mentoring, and best practice
- Play an active role in shaping processes and future hires

We’re looking for
- Proven experience as a recruiter in the AEC sector
- Strong billing history and client development skills
- Someone who enjoys building something, not just maintaining it
- Commercially sharp, self-motivated, and comfortable with autonomy
- A collaborative leader who sets the standard for others
