Senior Recruitment Consultant – Finance

Join one of the UK's leading property recruitment businesses. Are you an ambitious recruiter looking for the next step in your career?

We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Finance team at deverellsmith. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 6 months to 3 years' recruitment experience who is looking to develop their career within a specialist market and play a key role in growing an established desk.

Ideally, you'll have recruited within finance, but we're also open to recruiters from other professional services or mid-market sectors who have experience winning new business and building long-term client relationships.

What you'll be doing

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 6 months to 3 years' recruitment experience.
  • Ideally recruited within finance, although experience in another professional or specialist market will also be considered.
  • A proven track record of bringing on new clients and developing business relationships.
  • Confidence in managing the full recruitment process.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A commercial mindset and genuine ambition to progress.
  • A positive attitude and desire to be part of a collaborative, high-performing team.
