Senior Recruitment Consultant - 25-30% Commission - Incentive Trips - Austria Ski Trip, Bahamas, Barbados
D R Newitt is widely recognised for delivering exceptional recruitment services to companies across the FMCG & Renewable Energy sectors.
We are currently looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Manchester Team situated in the city centre, due to large scale growth. DRNewitt are looking to scale up in 2026 due to a very strong end to 2025. Brilliant time to be joining the group.
You will have 2+ years recruitment experience ideally within similar markets, along with being degree qualified with either a 1st Class or 2:1. We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals with a passion for sales and building relationships.

Training will be headed up by our L&D Manager (previous Recruiter to a VERY high standard).
The role:
- Search and select suitable candidates for your vacancies.
- Identify business development opportunities daily.
- Build a strong network of candidates and clients.
- Negotiate contracts, agreements and manage the recruitment process from start to finish on behalf of the companies we partner with.
What we need from you:
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic with the drive to succeed
- Financially driven
- Confident and outgoing personality with ability to push outside of your comfort zone
- Experience of hitting targets & beyond within a Recruitment environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to build strong client relationships
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high standard in a fast paced environment
- Commitment to self-development
