Principal Recruitment Consultant

Maidenhead – Free parking (walking distance from Maidenhead train station)
Salary £100,000 OTE plus incredible employee benefits!

About us:

We require a candidate who can hold their own with regular board level discussions and job briefings, fronting some of the top Worldwide brands in the Semiconductor industry. The candidates you will be dealing with are highly experienced executives with high 6 figure salary packages, making the desk a lucrative opportunity to earn. Fees ranging from £15,000 to £60,000 per placement.

Responsibilities:

Client Development and Management

  • Offering sound advice on how to in with new clients, overcoming objections, agreeing good terms
  • Be responsible for winning new business and cultivating existing accounts
  • Deliver a quality service to our clients by presenting a variety of qualified and suitable candidates
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of our terms and conditions of business
  • Negotiation of contract rates, permanent introduction fees and retainer proposals
  • Assist in mentoring and training of Trainees
  • Build an in-depth knowledge of your sector
  • Arrange client visits to win new / exclusive business
  • Develop long term relationships into key accounts

Candidate Recruitment and Management:

  • Identify, target and qualify potential candidates through various sources
  • Interview candidates via the telephone and accurately qualify with all information onto the Tiger database
  • Source vacancy leads and be able to convert into live jobs
  • Ask, win and complete retained business
  • Management of candidates through to offer and acceptance to include interview briefing, debriefing, offer negotiation and counter offer management, logistical management, relocation problem solving
  • Regularly ask for and receive referrals and recommendations on Linkedin
  • Keep internal pipeline up to date and accurately recorded

Team Management:

  • You will be responsible for holding daily and weekly team meetings and presenting your reports to senior management
  • Proactively manage and assist colleagues in your team to help them achieve their growth and business targets
  • Be involved in management discussions and help plan business strategies around this information to hit financial targets
  • Job lists, ensuring up to date and accurate
  • Leads, pushing and helping with lead Generation, keeping track of progress
  • Assisting and helping with client neg
  • Pipeline, ensuring up to date, quizzing about them, are they up to date etc
  • Attending Reviews, sitting as a passenger and then running and driving meetings
  • Assisting with ownership / duplicate submissions
  • Taking pressure of your manager / director and helping with the majority of requests from the other members of the team
  • Being able to set the team up in the mornings, afternoons and the end of the day wash ups
