Senior Recruitment Consultant

Senior / Principal Consultant – Tech, Data & Cyber | Brighton

Senior / Principal Consultant – Tech, Data & Cyber | Brighton Salary + Uncapped Commission

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment fulfilment in Tech, Data, or Cyber markets
  • Grow client accounts—from first interaction to long-term partnerships
  • Source and place top-tier talent in high-competition sectors
  • Leverage their 2.5 million+ candidate database and 2,500+ client network right from day one
  • Collaborate with an in-house marketing team to build a strong pipeline
  • Define and scale your recruitment strategy without micromanagement

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a proven high-performer with:

✅ At least 2+ years of 360° recruitment experience in Tech, Data, or Cyber ✅ Proven ability to win and grow client accounts ✅ Strong track record of consistently sourcing and placing elite talent ✅ Commercially astute, with exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills ✅ A target-driven mentality with history of exceeding revenue targets
