Senior Temp / Contract Recruitment Consultant
Salary: £50,000 P/A + uncapped commission & company car allowance
Location: Portchester, Fareham
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Attega was founded in 2020, quickly becoming a successful recruitment business and is the recruitment arm of the TS Group of companies which were founded in 1997, that currently incorporates Tapflo & Sychem.
We are currently seeking a Principal Recruitment Partner to join our team.
The main purpose of this role
To identify and pursue new business opportunities, instigate and nurture client relationships, and drive revenue for the company.
Key responsibilities
- Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle from business development through to candidate placement and aftercare
- Identifying new business opportunities through outbound sales activity, networking, referrals, and market mapping
- Taking detailed job briefs and advising clients on recruitment strategy, salary benchmarking, and market conditions
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing high-quality candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, database searches, and proactive headhunting techniques
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process including interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support
- Taking job profiles, understanding job descriptions, and advertising vacancies across various job boards (CV Library, Indeed, and Attega’s website)
- Using social media platforms and Boolean searching on job boards to source candidates' CVs to match client’s needs
- Reviewing job applications and contacting candidates to conduct prescreens
- Formatting CVs and writing candidate profiles to be sent to clients
- Supporting candidates through submitting their CVs and preparing for job interviews with clients, and obtaining interview feedback via phone, email, and Teams/video chat
- Liaising with hiring managers as required, to book interviews, obtain CV feedback, and share interview feedback
- Maintaining the in-house database, creating and updating candidate records
- Obtaining candidates GDPR and right to work documentation
- Offering CV, interview, and general career advice
- Making verbal job offers and coordinating the onboarding process

Must have proven 360 recruitment experience from a recruitment agency environment. Any recruitment sector background will be considered.
Any potential candidate must also:
- Have strong business development and relationship-building skills
- Be confident communicating with both clients and candidates at all levels
- Be self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
- Have the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities at once
- Have a proactive and consultative approach to recruitment
- Be prepared to travel to meetings across the UK
