What You'll Be Doing
You'll take ownership of your own specialist market, managing the full 360 recruitment process.
This includes:
- Building relationships with founders, executives and hiring leaders across VC-backed technology companies
- Winning and growing new client partnerships
- Managing retained and contingent searches
- Developing long-term candidate networks within your specialist market
- Negotiating offers and closing high-value placements
- Becoming a recognised market expert within your niche
What We're Looking For
We're interested in recruiters who already know how to build relationships and generate revenue.
Ideally you'll have experience recruiting into one of the following:
- Cybersecurity
- SaaS
- AI
- GTM / Sales
- Software Engineering
- R&D
You'll also bring:
- 2+ years' recruitment experience (360 preferred)
- A strong commercial mindset
- Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders
- High levels of resilience and self-motivation
- A naturally competitive mentality
- The ambition to become one of the best in your market
