Are you an experienced 360 recruiter ready to build your own recruitment business without starting from scratch.
KTS Group is looking for ambitious Senior Recruiters and Recruitment Consultants to join our growing franchise network.
This is an independent, profit share opportunity for experienced recruiters who are confident developing clients, managing vacancies and delivering successful placements across their chosen specialist market.
💼 The Opportunity As a KTS Franchise Partner, you will manage the full 360 recruitment process, including:
- Identifying and approaching prospective clients
- Developing long-term client relationships
- Winning and negotiating new recruitment business
- Taking detailed vacancy briefs
- Sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates
- Managing interviews, offers and placements
- Building a specialist desk within your chosen market
- Maintaining strong client and candidate communication
- Managing your own pipeline, activity and revenue
- Working independently while collaborating with the wider KTS network
You will operate as an independent recruitment partner while benefiting from the infrastructure, systems, brand and support of an established recruitment group.
