Senior Recruitment Consultant

As we continue to scale under our new identity, we’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to play a pivotal role in growing our technology recruitment practice. This is a genuine opportunity to join a high performing, values driven consultancy where experience is trusted, success is recognised, and progression is clearly defined.

The Role

As a Senior Consultant, you’ll take ownership of key client relationships and deliver recruitment solutions across the IT & technology landscape, including:

  • Software Engineering
  • Cloud & Infrastructure
  • Data & Analytics
  • Cyber Security
  • AI & Emerging Technologies
  • Digital Transformation

You’ll operate with real autonomy, trusted to lead high value hiring projects, provide commercial insight to clients, and contribute to the strategic growth of the business as we expand the Sustain brand.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • 360 Recruitment Delivery
    • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent and or contract roles
    • Delivering high quality shortlists and an exceptional client experience
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Acting as a trusted partner to your clients
    • Providing market insight, hiring strategy and consultative advice
  • Business Development & Growth
    • Identifying and converting new opportunities within your chosen market
    • Growing accounts and building long term, high value client relationships
  • Candidate Engagement & Talent Strategy
    • Engaging specialist tech talent and building robust candidate networks
    • Advising candidates on market trends and career moves
  • Market Expertise & Leadership
    • Positioning yourself as a subject matter expert
    • Supporting team growth and contributing to best practice across the business

  • Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant within IT and Technology
  • A strong track record of building and managing client relationships
  • Commercially minded, proactive and confident in developing new business
  • Motivated by autonomy, results and long term success
  • A confident communicator with a genuine passion for quality recruitment
  • Ambitious, curious and excited to help shape a growing brand
