Senior Recruitment Consultant

Edinburgh (Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days at home)
Competitive base + uncapped commission

Own your market. Deepen your expertise. Increase your impact.

At Experis, we’re building a high-performance team of specialist technology consultants, not traditional recruiters.

This is an opportunity for an experienced 360 recruiter

To operate at a more senior level, owning a specialist market, building deeper client partnerships and delivering higher value, solutions-led work, backed by a global Talent & Technology Solutions provider.

Here, you don’t just fill roles. You work with clients to understand why demand exists, where the real challenges sit and how the right talent or delivery model creates impact.

Your market: Software Engineering

You know the Software Engineering market from the inside: the languages, the frameworks, the debates, and the people. You understand what separates a high-performing engineering culture from one that’s struggling under technical debt. At Experis, you’ll use that knowledge to build something of genuine value: deep client partnerships, a trusted talent network and a specialism that reflects who you are in the market.

Why Experis?

We place over 62,000 technology professionals globally every year, but what truly differentiates us is our solutions-led platform.

We help organisations solve complex workforce challenges through:

  • Contingent Workforce - interim & permanent technology talent
  • Academy - future talent pipelines
  • Project Solutions - outcome-based delivery
  • Managed Services - scalable workforce models
  • Global delivery capability and specialist SMEs

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
